Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online betting and casino services offered via jetbehis.com and any related sites, pages or mirror links that are marketed as Jet Bahis (collectively the "Website"), operated by Throne Entertainment B.V. ("Jet Bahis", "we", "us", "our"). Effective date: 1 January 2026 (last updated: 6 November 2025).

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- Operator: Throne Entertainment B.V., a private limited company (B.V.) registered in Curaçao under registration number 150615, operating the Website under Curaçao licence #5536/JAZ.
- Website: The online gambling platform accessible at jetbehis.com and any related domains, subdomains, mobile versions or mirror links used from time to time, including those referenced as Jet Bahis.
- Account: A personal, individual user account opened and maintained by a Player on the Website in order to access the gambling services.
- User / Player: Any natural person who registers or attempts to register an Account, places Bets or otherwise uses the gambling services on the Website.

- Bet / Wager: Any stake placed by a Player in relation to the outcome of a sporting event, virtual event, casino game or any other gaming activity available on the Website.
- Bonus: Any promotional benefit credited to a Player by the Operator, including but not limited to bonus money, free bets, free spins, cashback and tournament entries, which may be subject to specific conditions.
- Bonus Funds: Any funds, including winnings derived from them, which are subject to wagering or other restrictions before being converted into withdrawable cash.
- Real-Money Balance: Funds deposited by the Player (and any winnings already converted from Bonus Funds) which are not subject to wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
- Wagering Requirements: The total amount that must be staked by a Player using Bonus Funds (and, where applicable, Real-Money Balance) before bonus-related funds become withdrawable.
- Restricted Jurisdiction: Any country or territory in which access to or use of the Services is prohibited under the Operator's policies or under applicable law, which includes the United Kingdom as stated in the general terms at jetbehis.com.
- KYC ("Know Your Customer"): Identity verification and source-of-funds checks carried out by the Operator to comply with anti-money laundering ("AML") and other regulatory requirements.
- Self-Exclusion: A voluntary arrangement by which a Player requests that their Account be blocked from gambling for a specified period or permanently, as described in these Terms.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We may request documentary proof and will void Bets and withhold winnings if you are found to have been underage when playing.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You must not open or use an Account if you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, which includes the United Kingdom as stated in the general terms on jetbehis.com. If you nevertheless access the Website from the UK or another Restricted Jurisdiction (including via VPN or mirror links), you do so at your own initiative and risk and without UK regulatory protections (e.g. GAMSTOP, IBAS or UKGC oversight).
Creating an Account and KYC
- Registration process: To create an Account you must provide a valid email address, choose a password, and supply accurate personal details (such as name, date of birth and country of residence). We may require email verification before the Account becomes fully active.

This may extend withdrawal processing times but is required for AML and risk controls.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information you provide is truthful, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your details whenever they change. The use of false or misleading information (including disguising your location or identity) constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Single account: You may maintain only one Account with Jet Bahis. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, and any Bonuses may be cancelled. In cases of fraud or abuse, winnings may be voided.
- Password and access: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
- Self-exclusion and limits: You may request manual self-exclusion or set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via your Account (where available) or by emailing [email protected]. Please note that Jet Bahis does not participate in UK schemes such as GAMSTOP; self-exclusion is handled only internally and may involve manual processing.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is considered accepted once it appears in your betting history with a unique transaction ID and "placed" status. For casino games, a Wager is accepted once it is confirmed by the game server. If any dispute arises about whether a Bet has been placed, our transaction logs will be decisive.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which may vary by currency and Player profile. We may adjust limits or refuse a Bet (in whole or in part) at our sole discretion, including for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
- Bet types and rules: The rules for each sports market or casino game (including pay tables, RTPs, time limits, and settlement rules) are available within the relevant interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.
Modification, Cancellation and Settlement
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel or change it. Any "cash out" or edit features that may be offered from time to time are discretionary and not guaranteed.
- Operator corrections: We may declare a Bet void, adjust settlement or cancel winnings where an obvious error has occurred (for example, incorrect odds, manifestly incorrect event information, or technical malfunction). In such cases, our liability is limited to refunding the stake or the correctly calculated winning amount.
- Technical interruptions: If your connection is lost after a Bet or spin has been placed but before the outcome is displayed, the result as recorded on our servers will stand. If a game round cannot be completed due to a fault on our side, the affected Bet may be voided and the stake returned.
Conduct, Fair Play and Live Features
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in collusion, fraud, use of bots or automated tools, advantage play that exploits obvious bugs, abuse of promotions, or any attempt to manipulate odds or outcomes. You must not use VPNs or similar technologies to disguise your location where doing so would circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
- Live casino and chat: In live casino games and chat features, you must treat dealers and other players with respect and must not use offensive, discriminatory, threatening or harassing language. We may remove chat privileges or suspend your Account in case of misconduct.
- Suspicious play: We reserve the right to withhold payouts, void Bets, suspend or close Accounts and share information with relevant authorities where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or other unlawful or irregular activities.
Bonus Terms
Activation and General Conditions
- Bonus offers: From time to time, we may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets or other promotions. Each offer is governed by these Terms and by any specific rules communicated in the relevant promotion ("Promotion Terms"). Where there is a conflict, the Promotion Terms prevail.
- Eligibility and activation: Bonuses may require a minimum qualifying deposit, the use of a promo code, or opting in through your Account. Some offers may be restricted by country, currency, payment method or player profile. Bonuses are intended for recreational play and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, deposit bonuses and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 30x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute differently towards wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, table games less or 0%).
- Timeframes: Bonuses and free spins are typically subject to an expiry period (for example, 7 - 30 days from credit). If the wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the Bonus Funds and unfinished Bonus-related winnings will be forfeited. Timeframes communicated in promotions after 1 January 2026 should be interpreted in light of these Terms unless expressly varied.
- Maximum bet and winnings: During wagering, we may limit the maximum permissible bet per round or spin. Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings. Certain promotions may cap the maximum winnings convertible from Bonus Funds.
Prohibited Play and Combining Promotions
- Prohibited strategies: The following are examples of irregular play that may lead to removal of Bonuses and winnings: placing large bets using Bonus Funds followed by reduced bets after a win, low-risk betting on roulette or similar games, hedging bets on opposite outcomes, collusion, or any activity specifically prohibited in the Promotion Terms.
- Game restrictions: Some games or categories may be excluded from wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage. The list of restricted or limited-contribution games is set out in the relevant Promotion Terms and may be updated periodically.
- Multiple promotions: Unless expressly allowed, only one active promotion can apply to a single deposit or Bet. You may not "stack" multiple bonuses on the same funds. Bonus Funds are generally used after any Real-Money Balance, unless otherwise specified.
Bonus Abuse and Rights of the Operator
- Abuse and fraud: If we reasonably believe that you have abused a Bonus (alone or in conjunction with others), used multiple Accounts, or otherwise violated Bonus rules, we may remove the Bonus, void associated winnings, and close or restrict your Account.
- Consumer protection note: While Jet Bahis is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and does not participate in UK alternative dispute resolution schemes such as IBAS, we aim to apply Bonus rules in a fair and transparent manner. You should read each promotion carefully and contact [email protected] if anything is unclear before participating.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: Subject to availability in your region, we may offer deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfer, vouchers and, where permitted, selected cryptocurrencies. The range of methods and any limits or fees are shown in the cashier section of your Account and may vary over time.
- Ownership of funds: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. We may request evidence of ownership (such as a bank statement or card photo) as part of KYC/AML checks. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Deposit processing: Deposits are usually credited immediately but may be delayed by your bank, payment provider or by additional security checks. Funds become available to Bet once they appear in your Account balance.
Withdrawals
- General rules: You may request withdrawals from your Real-Money Balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, KYC/AML checks, and minimum/maximum limits per transaction, day, week or month as displayed in the cashier.
- Method of withdrawal: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for deposit. We may require you to select an alternative available method where technical, regulatory or AML considerations prevent us from using the original method.
- Processing times: We aim to review withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable period (for example 24 - 72 hours), but actual receipt depends on the payment provider and may take longer, particularly if extended source-of-funds checks are required under evolving Curaçao regulations from 2025 - 2026. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or your bank.
Fees, Limits and Currency
- Fees: We may charge fees for processing deposits or withdrawals in certain circumstances (for example, repeated withdrawals without significant play, or use of specific methods). Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier or during the transaction process.
- Limits: We may impose or adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits, daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal caps, and internal risk limits, including in response to AML risk assessments or regulatory changes. We may also request additional documents before processing higher-value withdrawals.
- Currency and exchange: Your Account operates in the default currency selected at registration. If we or your payment provider must convert currencies, the conversion will occur at the prevailing rate determined by the relevant provider, and we are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or fees.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refund policy: Deposits are not generally refundable once used to place Bets. We may, at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances (for example, clear technical error), agree to refund an unused deposit or void particular Bets. Where a Bet is voided, the stake will ordinarily be returned to your balance.
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, we may suspend your Account, deduct the disputed amount and any associated costs, and share relevant information with banks, payment providers and law enforcement where appropriate.
- Bonus-related withdrawals: Bonus Funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn after full compliance with the applicable wagering requirements and other conditions. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling such requirements, we may cancel the Bonus and any associated winnings.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Responsibilities
- Service provision: We aim to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, to ensure that game outcomes are generated fairly (for example, by using reputable software providers and random number generators), and to settle Bets accurately in accordance with the published rules.
- Information accuracy: We endeavour to ensure that information displayed on the Website (such as odds, event times, scores, or game rules) is accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors and adjust Bets accordingly.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical issues: The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of bugs or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for failures attributable to your equipment, internet connection, or third-party service providers.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of your use of the Website.
- Liability cap: Subject to the paragraph below, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any Bet or series of related Bets shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount staked on such Bet(s); or (b) the amount of winnings due in respect of such Bet(s), as determined by the correctly applied rules.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Certain mandatory consumer protections may apply to you depending on your country of residence.
Responsible Gambling and Player Responsibility
- Risk of loss: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds deposited. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose and should seek independent advice if needed.
- Tools and limitations: Deposit limits are available on the Website and may be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Manual self-exclusion is available by email to [email protected]. - Data processing: We may process your data for purposes including account administration, KYC/AML checks, payment processing, risk management, responsible gambling, and compliance with legal obligations. Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our Services, in applicable laws or regulations (including future Curaçao regulatory developments under the LOK regime), or in our internal policies.
- Notification: Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by email (to the address registered to your Account) and/or by displaying a notice, banner or pop-up on the Website when you next log in. The updated Terms will specify the effective date.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you should stop using the Services and request closure of your Account before the new terms take effect.
Termination & Suspension
By the Player
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Subject to completion of any outstanding KYC/AML checks and investigation of suspicious activity, any remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to you via an available payment method, minus any applicable fees.
- Self-exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via email. Self-exclusion will be implemented as soon as reasonably practicable following verification of your request, but is not instantaneous or connected to external schemes such as GAMSTOP.
By the Operator
- Grounds for suspension or termination: We may suspend or close your Account, withhold or cancel Bets and confiscate Bonuses and/or winnings where we reasonably believe that:
- you have breached these Terms or any game or promotion rules;
- you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information, including regarding your age, identity, country of residence or source of funds;
- you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction (including the United Kingdom) or using VPNs, proxies or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks or other unlawful or improper conduct; or
- such action is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests from competent authorities.
- Effect of termination: On termination (other than for fraud or serious breach), we will, subject to applicable AML and legal requirements, return any remaining Real-Money Balance to you. Bonus Funds and unpaid bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
Dormant Accounts
- Inactivity: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, we may classify it as dormant and apply administrative procedures and charges as set out in the general terms on jetbehis.com, subject to applicable law. You may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support, subject to verification.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your Account or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
- UK-specific note: Jet Bahis is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not subject to UK regulatory oversight. If you are in or from the UK and nevertheless choose to use the Website in breach of local restrictions, you will not have access to UK protections such as GAMSTOP, IBAS or the Gambling Ombudsman. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to gamble online under UK law.
Dispute Resolution
